Our Talent Experience philosophy is grounded in three areas of focus:

  • Continuous feedback which includes quarterly guided discussions between team members and their leaders to track progress

Developing & Deploying fosters and inspires our learning culture where team members can own their development and grow across our organization. This focuses on enabling a high-performance organization and driving a culture of continuous learning.

Key programs include:

  • Development planning
  • On-demand learning through Learning Experience Platform, LearningLab
  • Leadership and new team member learning experiences (pre-boarding, orientation and onboarding)
  • Leadership coaching and mentoring

  • Recognition programs, including our Company Award and day-to-day peer and leader recognition tools
